London International Disputes Week 2026

Alexander Antelme KC , Adam Taylor and Rebecca Shorter are participating in events during London International Disputes Week 2026 (LIDW).

On 3rd June, Alexander Antelme KC and Adam Taylor will be contributing to panel discussions on key developments in group litigation and sports disputes respectively.

Alex will join Hausfeld to explore “Is the Group Actions framework fit for purpose? Does it provide Access to Justice?”. This session will examine the effectiveness of the current regime and consider whether it is delivering fair and meaningful access to justice for claimants.

Adam will be speaking alongside Lewis Silkin in a session titled “Growth and Challenges in Sports Disputes in 2026”. The panel will discuss emerging trends in sports-related litigation and the evolving challenges facing practitioners in this rapidly developing field.

On 4th June Rebecca Shorter will join Dan Miles of J.S. Held in an informal session titled “Six Seminal Cases with a Sommelier – An International Construction Law Update and Wine Pairing”. Taking place from 19:00 -20:30, they will provide a light-hearted update on current construction law with recommended wine pairings and tastings.
