Rebecca Shorter will be speaking at White & Case’s upcoming Navigating Multi-Party and Multi-Contract Construction Disputes Seminar on 23 June at 6pm.
The in-person panel and networking event will be moderated by Ellis Baker, Partner & Head of Construction Practice, White & Case and will be joined by fellow speakers Prof. Renato Kazzini KC (Hon), Monckton Chambers and Dr. Dimitar Kondev, Counsel, White & Case. The panel will discuss the challenges and opportunities of multi-party and multi-contract dispute resolution in the context of international construction and engineering projects.
This event is part of the global launch of the Second Edition of Multi-Party and Multi-Contract Construction Arbitration (Oxford University Press, 2025) authored by White & Case Paris Counsel Dr. Dimitar Kondev.
