Kim Franklin KC and Ivor Collett to speak at “Adjudication Disputes: Construction, Professional Negligence and Beyond” CIArb East Midlands Branch event
Kim Franklin KC and Ivor Collett will be speaking at the upcoming CIArb East Midlands event, “Adjudication Disputes: Construction, Professional Negligence and Beyond” on Thursday 27 May from 10am.
Kim’s talk will address questions such as the role of evidence, the burden of proof, sources of factual evidence, witness statements, and what makes a good witness.
Ivor’s talk will address considerations relating to parties including the main contractor, the façade/cladding specialist sub-contractor, the designer, the architect, and the NHBC and Approved Inspector.
