Andrew Rigney QC and Caroline McColgan in FCA test case
Andrew Rigney QC and Caroline McColgan of Crown Office Chambers have been retained by Zurich to represent them in the landmark FCA test case, which is listed to be heard in the Commercial Court over two weeks starting on 20 July 2020 and is likely to be the most significant insurance litigation for many years.
