Michael Kent KC and Jason Evans-Tovey (instructed by BLM) acted successfully in Cape Distribution Limited v Cape Intermediate Holdings PLC [2016] EWHC 1119 (QB) for a Cape subsidiary and its insurers, Aviva Plc, in a substantial Cape-related piece of litigation being managed by Mr Justice Picken relating to preliminary issues and the scope and effect of certain Cape inter-company sale agreements and employers’ liability cover.
