Margaret Bickford-Smith KC’s inaugural CIArb Oxford Lecture published
The text of this inaugural Oxford Lecture to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators on “The interface between ADR and the Courts“ has been published in the latest issue of Arbitration.
The CIArb Oxford Lecture is a new lecture series instituted by the Chartered Institute with the aim of creating a forum for intellectual exchange between an experienced University of Oxford graduate and CIArb members. This first lecture was delivered on 19 March 2014.
