Carlo Taczalski successfully defends Arbitration Appeal
Carlo Taczalski has successfully defended a building developer in a multi-million pound arbitration brought by its joint venture partner following the conclusion of their joint development; as well as successfully defending the vast majority of the claim brought against the developer, the developer was successful on a significant portion of its counterclaim. The developer’s joint venture partner sought to appeal the Award under section 69, but Carlo has now also successfully defended those appeal proceedings.
