Supreme Court success for Alex Antelme KC and David Myhill
The Supreme Court handed down its judgment this morning in Hastings v Finsbury and Stryker [2022] UKSC 19. This was the first time a dispute concerning the Consumer Protection Act 1987 has reached the Supreme Court.
