Roger ter Haar Q.C. has decided in future to focus solely upon work as arbitrator and adjudicator
After 45 years of acting exclusively or principally as counsel, Roger ter Haar Q.C. has decided in future to focus solely upon work as arbitrator and adjudicator, particularly in respect of construction, professional negligence and insurance disputes. However, he will of course continue to act until the conclusion of matters in which he is currently instructed. He is very grateful to those who have instructed him over the years for the varied and interesting work with which he has been involved.
