Arbitration
Susan is a chartered arbitrator and frequently acts as an arbitrator. She is on the TEBAR arbitration panel, and has accepted appointments from the CIArb including on the statutory Pubs Code scheme, and has also accepted party appointments. Susan has also acted as party representative in arbitrations.

Court Examiner
In 2017 Susan was appointed as an Examiner of the Court by the Lord Chancellor. Court Examiners conduct proceedings for the taking of evidence by depositions when the court orders a witness to be examined other than at trial. She has wide experience of conducting deposition hearings in a range of circumstances.
