James Ageros KC secures not guilty verdicts
James Ageros KC, instructed by Neil Scott at DAC Beachcroft Bristol, represented United Living (South) Ltd (a large term maintenance contractor for Clarion Housing acting as Principal Contractor in a CDM project) in a prosecution by the Gas Pipeline Division of the HSE arising out of a catastrophic gas explosion at a residential property in southwest London. After 5 days of evidence before a jury, the prosecution offered no further evidence and not guilty verdicts were entered.
