James Maxwell-Scott KC and Mark Balysz are both instructed in a high profile inquest that commenced this month at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre. The inquest is into the death of Firefighter Stephen Hunt who tragically died whilst fighting a fire at Paul’s Hair World in Manchester city centre in July 2013. James Maxwell-Scott KC is representing Pauls Hair World Ltd instructed by DAC Beachcroft. Mark Balysz is representing Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service instructed by BLM.
The inquest is expected to last until mid-May.
