Bovis Lend Lease, represented by Simon Antrobus of chambers, were successfully acquitted by a Jury at the Old Bailey of a health and safety offence relating to the death of a young agency worker at one of their construction projects in Chiswick. The trial lasted for 2 weeks before HHJ Bevan KC and a Jury.
