Chambers is recognised as a leading Construction set and as such claims against Construction Professionals fits alongside this.
We have extensive experience in claims against surveyors, project managers, engineers and architects. We are instructed to appear in courts, adjudications and arbitration (Both domestic and International) and claims range in value and complexity from small domestic matters to multi million pound developments.
As a set we also have members of chambers who were previously employed as engineers and have completed engineering degrees before starting their career at the BAR. This level of first hand experience and insight sets us apart from our competition.
