Financial Services Professionals
We have extensive experience of claims against financial service professionals for alleged negligent advice both under the previous regulatory regime (Financial Services act 1986) and the more recent regime (The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000). Our experience includes claims for pension and investments miss-selling, Tax avoidance vehicles such as film finance, Tech and SIPPS.
