Professional Liability

Roger has experience  as an arbitrator and Deputy High Court Judge in professional negligence matters.

Roger has acted as Counsel for Claimants and Defendants in a large number of professional negligence cases involving allegations of negligence against financial service advisors, insurance brokers, underwriting agents, doctors, solicitors, barristers, surveyors and valuers, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, patent agents, educational psychologists, teachers and others.
