Personal Injury
Annie’s court practice presently focuses on road traffic, employer’s liability and public liability claims. She regularly represents clients in small track and fast track personal injury claims, as well as advising in conference and in writing on litigation strategy.
Annie gained extensive experience of personal injury cases as a result of being supervised by Alexander Macpherson during pupillage, during which she drafted statements of case, schedules and counter-schedules and numerous opinions.
