Personal Injury
Annie has a strong personal injury practice and is instructed in a range of interim hearings and trials involving road traffic accidents, public liability, employer’s liability, accidents at sea, injuries caused by animals and injuries occurring in a social care and housing setting. She provides concise and thorough advice and drafting at all stages of personal injury litigation and has particular experience navigating complex medical issues in conference with experts.
By way of example, Annie is currently instructed on behalf of the Claimant in a high value traumatic brain injury case arising from a road traffic accident. She has provided advice pre-issue, drafted the Particulars of Claim and, most recently, successfully represented the Claimant at the CCMC, securing a split trial and expert evidence on liability.
Annie accepts instructions from Defendants and Claimants and is willing to accept instructions on a CFA basis.
