Health & Safety
Annie gained experience during pupillage of a variety of civil and criminal health and safety proceedings, including drafting statements of case, advising and attending trials. In particular, she assisted Simon Antrobus KC and Mike Atkins defending a high-profile prosecution under section 3 Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. She additionally accepts noting briefs in a wide variety of criminal regulatory proceedings.
