Chambers is delighted to announce that Isabel Hitching KC is accepting appointments as a CEDR qualified mediator.
Isabel has a long-established expertise in construction and insurance disputes. Alongside a thriving court and arbitration practice as a commercial silk Isabel has worked extensively with clients to achieve optimal outcomes through many forms of ADR. Recognised as a leader in the field she has written and lectured for many years on the effective use of ADR, and as a member of the Civil Procedure Rule Committee was appointed by the Master of the Rolls to work with Asplin LJ to draft amendments to the civil procedure rules reflecting the court’s power to order ADR.
Isabel is accepting commercial mediation appointments, whilst continuing to practice as a silk and sit as an arbitrator and adjudicator.
