Andrew Rigney KC will be speaking at the Society of Construction Law (Gulf) in Doha on 28 January 2026 on the subject of “Words and deeds: a comparison of the role of good faith in the interpretation and performance of contracts at common law and under Qatar and other Gulf laws”.

The talk will examine the role of good faith in both the interpretation and performance of contracts, and the practical circumstances in which good faith can properly and realistically be invoked in order to support or defend a claim.
