Dermot Woolgar will be speaking at the Liability Insurance Conference 2025

Dermot has been invited to speak at the two day Liability Insurance Conference in Cambridge on Tuesday 2nd September. Dermot will be discussing the exclusion and limitation of liability clauses in product liability claims.
The Conference will be covering a wide number of issues including: Issues facing the market; The features of emerging risks; A review of some emerging risks including weight loss drugs, TCE and Parkinson’s disease, and artificial intelligence; Policy coverage issues, particularly in relation to “home foreign” placements; Legal developments impacting on Liability business
