Isabel Hitching KC speaking at EWI Conference

Isabel Hitching KC is honoured to speak with Asplin LJ at the Expert Witness Institute Conference on 20 June 2024 on the role of the Expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Isabel is a member of the Civil Procedure Rule Committee and worked with Asplin LJ to revise the rules of court to introduce compulsory ADR. As well as a specialist advocate she is an arbitrator, adjudicator and training as a mediator, and writes and lectures on ADR.
