On 10 September 2024 Ben Quiney KC is speaking as part of a panel with BDO’s Forensic Accounting team and Icen Risk to discuss W&I Claims issues. This will include discussion of some of the recent case law, coverage problems, and quantum issues arising from W&I claims. This is being hosted by the BDO Forensic Accounting team at ICAEW Chartered Accountants’ Hall in London.
