Malcolm Galloway and Lucy Wright, instructed by Steven Harrison of DAC Beachcroft, represented the Director and Company respectively following the fatal fall from height of a roofing contractor who was engaged in roofing works at a family run farm. The jury acquitted of gross negligence manslaughter after a five week trial before Mr Justice Morris.
The sentence in relation to health and safety offences has been adjourned until October.
