At 09.45 on Wednesday 26 April 2023, the Supreme Court will be handing down its judgment in the hotly anticipated appeal of Trustees of Barry Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses v BXB. The handing down will be live streamed via the UKSC website. This judgment will provide further clarity on the issue of vicarious liability.
Catherine Foster represented the Appellant both in the Supreme Court and the courts below, with Edward Faulks KC leading her in the Supreme Court.
