Isabel Hitching KC re-appointed by the Lord Chancellor to the Civil Procedure Rules Committee
The Ministry of Justice has announced today that the Lord Chancellor has approved the re-appointment of Isabel Hitching KC to the Civil Procedure Rules Committee (CPRC) for a second three year term.
The CPRC is the statutory body that governs the practice and procedure to be followed in the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the County Court. During her first term Isabel has jointly led a project to simplify the rules and also serves on the costs sub-committee. She is honoured to be re-appointed and to be able to continue this work.
