Farrah Mauladad KC represented North East Ambulance Services Trust in the Inquest into the death of Zion XXX, who, the Coroner concluded, died on 19th May 2021 due to very rare and aggressive complications of the AstraZeneca covid vaccination. The Coroner found that there was no evidence that earlier hospital admission would have altered the sad outcome. Farrah was instructed by James Donnelly, Ward Hadaway.
