Isabel Hitching KC will be speaking at The Society of Construction Law’s lecture, “The Hudson-formula: death by footnote?” on Tuesday 7 September from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Dr Ronan Champion (Champion Pearce LLP) and Isabel Hitching KC (Crown Office Chambers) will review the troubled origins of the Hudson Formula and its demise, considering the consequences of this for tribunals and asking whether claims of this nature might soon be replaced by the NEC or FIDIC’s planned contractual provisions.
