Harry Lambert successfully defends NHS against product liability claim
Harry Lambert’s client, the NHS, received confirmation that a product liability claim made against them has been discontinued. The claim was one of a number of similar claims made arising out of the high profile recall of a medical product. Harry had robustly defended the claim relying on extensive CPA jurisprudence both from the UK and abroad leading to the Claimant abandoning his case before any trial.
