Passing of David Sears QC
It is with great sadness that I have to announce that David Sears QC, the Deputy Head of Chambers, died suddenly on Sunday 24th January.
His untimely death represents an enormous loss to Chambers.
David was a very talented and popular barrister who generously devoted a lot of time and effort to the administration and well-being of Chambers.
He was an excellent and conscientious Deputy Head who cared deeply about Chambers, its members and staff.
We shall greatly miss his good humour, friendship and support.
Richard Lynagh QC, Head of Chambers.
To leave a memory or message of commiserations, please do so here. It is hoped to arrange a Celebration of David’s life in the Temple Church later this year. Further details will be provided as soon as they are available.
