Kim Franklin KC to join SCL Astra Breakfast Seminar panel discussion
Kim Franklin KC will join the panel for the SCL Astra Breakfast Seminar, discussing the evaluation and analysis of the dispute resolution options available to the construction industry, and their future trends.
The discussion will include consideration of the benefits and drawbacks of various dispute resolution forums, proposed adaptations and improvements to those forums, and consideration of the future challenges in dispute resolution.
The breakfast seminar will be held online between 9.00am and 10.00am on Thursday 21 May.
