Crown Office Chambers is delighted to announce the recruitment of Paul Higgins, who will be joining us from Deans Court Chambers and Simon O’Dwyer, who will be joining us from Old Square Chambers, with both becoming full tenants on Thursday 1st August 2019.
Paul Higgins
Paul specialises in the fields of Insurance and Reinsurance, Personal Injury, Civil Fraud, Property Damage and Costs. He is recognised by both Chambers UK & The Legal 500 as an advocate possessing “an extremely sharp intellect” who is “brilliant on his feet”. Paul has extensive trial and appellate experience, with more than a dozen appellate court appearances including notable cases such as Cameron V Hussain & the MIB [2019] UKSC 6 and Casey v Cartwright [2008] EWCA Civ 1280.
