Valero Energy UK Ltd (formerly known as Chevron Ltd) have been fined by Mr Justice Lewis at Swansea Crown Court £5 million and made to pay £1 million costs in relation to the explosion at the Pembroke oil refinery in June 2011. which tragically left four contractors dead and one very badly burned.
