Harry Lambert appearing before the High Court regarding preliminary issue trial on modern slavery claims
Harry Lambert represents the Claimants in a modern slavery litigation. The matter is presently before the High Court for a 4 day trial on Preliminary Issues- to determine whether Darrell Houghton and his partner, Jackie Judge, are personally liable for the alleged contractual and related statutory breaches of their company, DJ Houghton Catching Services Ltd. The pair deny liability.
