Mark Balysz has secured the acquittal of a firefighter
Mark Balysz has secured the acquittal of a firefighter after a two week trial in the Crown Court at St Albans. The firefighter faced an indictment alleging causing death by dangerous driving and by careless driving in the alternative. The fire appliance he was driving had rolled at speed on a roundabout on the way to a 999 call, tragically killing a pedestrian walking to his local shops. Mark was instructed by Kennedys Solicitors and led Rachel Tandy from Henderson chambers.
