Adam Taylor joins the Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Panel
We are delighted to announce that Adam Taylor has been appointed to Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Panel.
Adam will be joining the Pro Bono Panel to provide advice and assistance in the following areas:
- Anti-doping
- Athlete Selection and Eligibility
- Athlete and Player Contracts
- Discipline
The service provides pro bono legal advice and representation for athletes and individuals of limited financial means, who are either:
- Involved in UK Sport funded high performance sport, and request assistance from the Panel through the British Athletes Commission, or;
- Involved in proceedings administered by Sport Resolutions (UK) and request assistance from the Pro Bono Panel. These include matters determined by the National Anti-Doping Panel, National Safeguarding Panel and ad hoc arbitrations and mediations administered by Sport Resolutions (UK).
Adam has a growing practice in sport related disputes, including the recent instruction to draft written submissions in the high-profile anti-doping case of UKAD v Tyson and Hughie Fury. For further information on Adam’s sport specific experience please click here.
