Adam Taylor represents Yorkshire Water at inquest



Adam Taylor represented Yorkshire Water in a four-day inquest at Selby Civic Centre before Senior Coroner Robert Turnbull. The inquest concerned the death of a Yorkshire Water employee, Mr Michael Jennings. Mr Jennings was using an angle grinder in an oxygen-enriched dry well, causing him to be set on fire. The jury returned a conclusion of accidental death. A report to prevent future deaths was considered by the coroner but found not to be required.
