Adam Taylor wins American advocacy scholarship
Adam Taylor has won a scholarship to attend a 5-day advocacy course at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
The scholarship is open to junior barristers of less than 7 years call, practising in civil law. It is organised between the South Eastern Circuit and the Florida Bar Association. This year’s case study involves a jury trial in the areas of personal injury, clinical negligence, and product liability.
The scholarship also involves a visit to the Florida appeal court and networking events with Tampa lawyers.
