Simon Antrobus represented both Tesco Stores Ltd and Tesco Maintenance Ltd at Liverpool Crown Court in relation to offences under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 relating to a fall from height through a fragile skylight when a maintenance employee fell 30 feet at one of its stores. The company was sentenced to a financial penalty of £500,000.
