Simon Antrobus represents Merlin Attractions Operations Ltd

Simon Antrobus (instructed by Danny McShee, Kennedys LLP) represented Merlin Attractions Operations Ltd in relation to the Smiler roller coaster accident at Alton Towers theme park. During the course of a two-day sentencing hearing the company were, today, fined £5 million. The Judgment is available here.
