Chatsworth House Trust (James Maxwell-Scott KC) – Mrs Reason (Simon Antrobus) were today acquitted of health and safety offences following a ruling by Mr Recorder Harbage KC that they had no case to answer. The prosecution arose out of a fatal accident to an off road motorcyclist who was collecting scorecards at the Chatsworth International Horse Trials in 2013.
