Baldwins Crane Hire – Corporate Manslaughter Sentence

Baldwins Crane Hire Ltd became the 14th company to be convicted and sentenced for corporate manslaughter under the 2007 Act. The company received a fine of £700,000 plus £200,000 costs following a 6-week trial at Preston Crown Court. They were represented throughout by Simon Antrobus, instructed by Squire Patton Boggs solicitors.
