Michele De Gregorio obtained an interim injunction from the Commercial Court on behalf of a subcontractor, restraining payment being made by a bank under a performance bond in connection with a construction project in the Middle East. The injunction was discharged on the return date, upon the contractor withdrawing its call on the bond.
