Isabel Hitching and Crispin Winser were amongst the key speakers at this weekend’s Arbrix Conference (the club for members of the RICS panels of arbitrators and adjudicators), held at the Hilton Coventry Hotel.
Isabel spoke in relation to ‘The Interpretation of Contracts’ and Crispin gave a talk regarding ‘Adjudicators’ Entitlement to Fees’. Both talks were extremely well received.
