Chambers have been a leading set for alleged Surveyors and Valuers negligence since the property crash in the late 1980’s and these claims have been a mainstay of our professional liability work since then.
The recent recession bought with it a new wave of these claims and chambers once again proved it was a leading set in this specialist area.
We have extensive knowledge of the leading cases in this area such as Saamco and how the Saamco cap is applied. We also understand the commercial background to these claims and how valuations are reached.
