He has long and wide experience in litigation concerning all manner of personal injury, acting for Claimants and Defendants, ranging from road traffic accidents to employers' liability involving occupation related diseases, including respiratory disease, psychiatric disorders, chemical injury, and upper limb disorders. He is regularly instructed in catastrophic injury claims, and has a particular interest in and experience of assessment of damages in complex cases. He is experienced in associated professional negligence litigation, insurance policy disputes involving employers' liability and road traffic policies, and Motor Insurers Bureau disputes, and inquests into deaths from road traffic, industrial and medical accidents
