Practice

Julia joined Chambers in March 2007 and practises in the core areas of Chambers’ work. In addition to drafting and advisory work, she regularly appears at trial and on interlocutory hearings in the County Courts in fast and multi track claims.

She has a particular interest in construction, professional and clinical negligence, health and safety, commercial contractual cases and personal injury including industrial disease claims. She frequently appears in personal injury claims brought against local authorities and in employers’ liability cases as well as having considerable experience of Coroner’s Inquests, Magistrates Court cases and possession claims.

She advises and appears on behalf of both claimants and defendants and accepts instructions on a conditional fee basis.
